Standard Shipping Time:

If you place an order before 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday local time (holidays excluded), your order will ship the same day UPS Ground from the closest warehouse in most cases. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Monday-Friday will ship the next day, with the exception of Friday after 3:00 PM orders going out the following Monday. We currently do not offer pickup with the exception of a will-call order with permission granted before placing an order under certain circumstances. 

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

Out-of-Stock Products:

If we are out of stock or cannot ship on time, we will contact you via email during business hours. To prevent theft, it is important to track and secure your package immediately after UPS delivery. 

Optek Films is not responsible for the package after UPS delivery. Changes cannot be made once we receive your order.
